Dr. B. Venkata Ratnam, Plastic Surgeon, NMCS Hospital, Abu Dhabi, was recently honored by HH Sheikh Hamadan Bin Rashid Al Makhtoom, Honorable Minister for Health and Deputy Ruler of Dubai with the “Fellowship of the International College of Surgeons in Plastic Surgery,” during the opening ceremony of an International Surgical Conference, AMESCON12, at Dubai.
