The Department has facilities to carry out investigative procedures such as CT scan, MRI, MRA and neuro electrophysiological studies necessary for diagnostic evaluation of most neurological disorders.

The hospital laboratory carries out routine investigations; specialized tests including muscle and nerve biopsies, drug assays, and molecular genetic studies are processed at our reference laboratory, Laboratorie Marcel Merieux in France.

The Intensive Care Unit is equipped with sophisticated monitoring facilities including EEG systems to monitor acute stroke.

· Management of pain: Neck pain, Low backaches, Neuralgias
· Neuropathies: Metabolic, Traumatic, Compressive, Infective
· Seizure disorders in childhood, adults and chronic epilepsies
· Developmental delays
· Movement disorders, Involuntary Movements
· Dementia
· Cerebrovascular disorders, transient ischemic attacks, stroke in evolution.
